Almond Joy in a Glass

Ingredients:
– 1.5 cups (360 ml) skim milk (or substitute for a low fat dairy alternative)
– 2 tablespoons (16g) chocolate whey protein powder
– 2 tablespoons (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
– 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract
Directions:
– Combine all ingredients and mix in your favourite blender until it is smooth and serve
