One capsule provides: Vitamin C 12.5mg, niacin, 15mgNE, vitamin B6 3.3mg, folic acid 60g, vitamin B12 5g, iron 1.25mg, magnesium 25mg, zinc 2.5mg, iodine 30g, manganese 1.25mg, copper 250g, selenium 30g, tyrosine 450mg.
Suggested intake: Take 2-3 capsules a day.
