Apple Pie Smoothie

A smoothie that is full of protein with a cinnamon-apple spicy flavour!

Ingredients:
– 1 cup (245g) plain fat free yoghurt
– 2 tablespoons (16g) of vanilla whey protein powder
– 2 tablespoons (28mL) of green apple sugar-free syrup
– 1/2 cup (120mL) of almond milk
– 1/4 teaspoon of reds & greens apple cinnamon
– A pinch of ground cloves

Directions:
– Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth

Servings:
– One serving
