Lyrus Labs ChromeMate contains a unique patented niacin-bound chromium complex. Chromium is an essential trace mineral that works with insulin to support healthy blood glucose levels and plays an important role in the proper utilization of protein, fat and carbohydrates. Each capsule contains:
200 mcg of elemental Chromium from Chromium Polynicotinate. Also contains 1.1 mg of Niacin (as Nicotinic Acid) .

Suggested Usage:
