NuStevia NoCarbs Blend uses Erythritol, a natural filler that is produced from corn. Erythritol enhances the taste of Stevia. NuStevia White Stevia NoCarbs will have absolutely no effect on blood sugar levels and is safe for both Type I and II diabetics. The texture is more crystalline. The packets are packed by weight and not volume. There is a smaller amount in each packet than our White Stevia packets because the Erythritol is much heavier and less filler is used. Both products have 80 mg of NuStevia extract per packet.
