Fruit and Nut Energy Balls

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of dried apricots
– 1 cup of almonds
– 1 cup of pitted dates
– 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
Directions:
– Mix apricots, almonds and dates in a food blender
– Roll in 20 small balls, sprinkle with cacao powder and place in a tray
– Place in refrigerator until hardened
– Can store in the fridge for up to 1 week

– 20 servings
