Protein Packed Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt
– 1 tbsp whey protein isolate
– 2 cups milk of choice
– 2 tbsp whole oats

Directions:
– Place everything into a Hamilton Beach Blender and blend until smooth to enjoy 3 servings
